I used to have a cat named Felix. We got him on my birthday like 4 years ago. I really wanted a cat so we went through many shops until we found one. When we got to "the" shop we asked for cats and they showed us 2 of them. One was small and grey the other one was tiny and brown. We got the one that was gray because he looked cooler. After some minutes the employees gave us the tiny cat on a box. They gave me the box and I remember feeling like I was carrying the most fragile thing in the world.
When we got home we took the cat through all the house so he could familiarize with it. Then we lifted him out of the box and onto the floor. The first thing he did was to hide behind furniture. But about some 10 or less minutes later Felix was very playfull. After that Felix kept growing until he was about the size of a backpack (he wasnt fat, I mean he was about the lenght of a backpack). Then he started climbing stuff.
I remember that I was scared because the walls on my house are very high and they have like a little ledge for decoration. So felix decided he wanted to explore over there, he climbed through a big curtain all the way to the ledges. So once I realized he was over there I got scared that he might jump and break some bone. He started meowing and I tried to get him down but the he suddenly jumped and I freaked out. Luckily he landed on a couch. After that he kept going on in the ledges and jumping down. He ocasionally scared me because I was doing something else and a Felix suddenly fell at my side from the sky.
Unfortunately once, I went outside and saw felix liying in some bushes on my front garden. He was meowing really hurt. Turns out he had been attacked by some other dogs and was very hurt. My parents took him to the veterinarian very quickly but he passed away some hours later. I remember I was very sad when I saw him all hurt. We buried him in the yard and put him a bee decoration as a grave.
He was a very good and playful pet.
